Who can use NuxaImage

You must be 18 or older, and allowed to view adult material where you live. If you are not, do not use the site.

What you may not make

• Anyone under 18, or anyone who looks or is described as under 18. Prompts that suggest this are blocked, and accounts that try are closed.
• Pictures of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including celebrities, or pictures meant to deceive, harass or defame.
• Anything illegal where you live or where we operate.

Free downloads and credits

Every visitor can download one watermarked picture for free. Making and regenerating pictures does not use a free download, but every picture made (including each regeneration) uses one picture from your allowance: you need an account to make pictures, and new accounts get 2 free pictures, once (the free pictures are one per person, not per email address, browser, device or network address; we may refuse them if they were already used, and we may close accounts made to get more), and each credit you buy comes with more that do not expire. A picture that fails on our side is not counted. After that, one credit unlocks one picture without the watermark at full resolution. Unlocked pictures can be downloaded again at no cost. Credits do not expire. Pictures are stored for a limited time (set by the site owner) and then deleted, so download what you want to keep.

The model and its license

Pictures are made with NuxaImage's own model, Nuxa-Vision-XL, which is built on Stable Diffusion XL 1.0 by Stability AI. That model is released under the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M license, and we changed it. By using this site you agree not to use it, or the pictures it makes, for any use the license forbids. That includes anything illegal, anything that exploits or harms minors, defaming, harassing or impersonating real people, producing false content meant to harm others, automated decisions that affect people's legal rights, and medical, legal or law-enforcement advice. Breaking these rules ends your right to use the site.

Safety checks, reports and closed accounts

Prompts and finished pictures may be checked automatically. A picture that fails a check is not shown, and repeated attempts close the account, the browser and the device. Credits on an account closed for breaking the rules are not refunded. To report a picture or a problem, including a copyright claim (DMCA notice), use the report form or write to support@nuxa-image.com. We remove content that breaks these terms and respond to valid notices.

Payments, refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the credits it gave are taken back, and an account that charges back may be closed.

Your pictures

Subject to these rules, you may use the pictures you create. We do not promise that any picture is free of resemblance to real people or of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use them.
